OWNER & GRILL TECHNICIAN
With over 7 years in the industry, our founder and lead technician, Dorian, has honed an unparalleled expertise in the world of grills. His journey began with a major competitor, where he built a robust foundation of knowledge and skill before establishing this company to offer a more personalized, and dedicated service.
Dorian is celebrated for his deep understanding of grill mechanics and his ability to handle both minor adjustments and major repairs. Whether you’re facing a stubborn flare-up or need comprehensive maintenance, he’s the person you want on your team.
Before venturing into the world of BBQs, Dorian spent over a decade in the landscape industry, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service. This diverse background enriches his approach to BBQ maintenance, blending technical proficiency with a customer-centric mindset.
When he’s not cleaning and repairing grills, Dorian enjoys quality time with his wife and business partner, Madelynn, and their four wonderful children. Together, they relish hiking adventures, soaking in the beauty of the outdoors, and relaxing with a good documentary on the History Channel.

CO-OWNER, RECEPTIONIST, & INSTALL EXPERT
With a wealth of experience spanning 5 years, Madelyn has become a true expert in the intricacies of outdoor grill maintenance. Her extensive knowledge encompasses a wide range of brands, mechanics, and repairs for all makes and models of grills.
In her role, Madelyn serves as the first point of contact for clients. She excels in addressing questions, offering personalized quotes, and managing bookings with exceptional efficiency and warmth. Her keen understanding of BBQ systems allows her to provide valuable recommendations for new grill installations, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and care.
Before venturing into the BBQ industry, Madelyn gained valuable experience as a store manager at a children’s consignment store for 5 years. This role not only refined her customer service skills but also provided her with a solid foundation in business management and marketing. Her ability to connect with clients and her exceptional phone mannerisms have consistently received praise.
When she’s not busy with the BBQ business, Madelyn pursues her passion for photography through her side business. She cherishes time spent with her husband Dorian and their four children, and enjoys relaxing with a good romance novel, her most recent favorite being Fourth Wing.
